European tendering process for the delivery of Seawater intake and CCW pump packages for N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie.
Gasunie intends to conclude a framework contract with one supplier for the delivery of:
1. Vertical suspended centrifugal pump packages in the range of differential head of 30-70 m and flow of 1000 – 3000 m3/hr;
2. Horizontal, axially split, centrifugal pump packages in the range of differential head of 20-50 m and 400 – 3000 m3/hr flow.
Gasunie is the contracting authority in this tender process. Gasunie is entitled to transfer a delivery of goods from this tender process to entities with which it has a connection in projects co-initiated by Gasunie such as Porthos. In connection with this, Gasunie will transfer rights and obligations from the first agreement to a Porthos entity.

An estimate of the total order for the number of pumps under the frame contract is 20-30 pumps of each type but the numbers could also be lower. No rights may be derived from these numbers. Every project will have its own Investment decision to take.

The motivation for the extension is that the framework contract is meant for investment projects in the energy transition to be executed in a long period of time and the transition costs to another supplier are deemed substantial.The second best Tenderer will be awarded a backup contract to ensure continuity.
