The TU/e is looking for a new quality assurance tool with the following three main applications:
Survey functionality:
The tool must facilitate all (course and curriculum) questionnaires that the TU/e conducts in the context of her quality assurance policy.
Reporting and dashboard functionality:
The tool should provide extensive reporting functionalities in which information from different sources can be imported, exported and combined, and an interface that enables users to keep track of courses and programs over time.
Portfolio functionality
The tool serves as a place where all qualitative feedback (open-ended questions, outcomes of focus groups) and agreements with regard to a course or a program (e.g., reflection of the teacher on the outcomes, the improvement plan, reaction of the program committee etc.) can be documented and easily consulted later.
The implementation of the tool must be conducted in the period between April and December 2021.
