The Netherlands is working on a sustainable future. With less CO2 emissions and less natural gas. That is why Gasunie and Havenbedrijf Rotterdam are jointly installing WarmtelinQ. WarmtelinQ is an underground pipeline with which residual heat from the port of Rotterdam can be used to heat homes and businesses in South Holland.

Control valves are used to control the flow in the district heating network. It consists of a valve and an electric actuator where the position of the valve can be adjusted based on a signal from the process control system. Control valves are used at heat transfer stations and pump stations

Access to Tender documents– Ariba

The consultation and tender shall be carried out via Ariba. All requested information regarding the consultation and tender must submitted via Ariba.

In order to gain access to Ariba and the tender documents, please sent an email to the Gasunie contact person Mr. Arjan Kleine via a.kleine@gasunie.nl as mentioned under section I.1 stating:

Gasunie will send the designated person an invitation to the event as soon as possible.

If you have not received an invitation after two working days, please contact the Gasunie contact person Mr. Arjan Kleine again via a.kleine@gasunie.nl and send an email to: procurementsupport@gasunie.nl.

Gasunie has published a consultation on Tenderned first. Participants may apply in accordance with the procedure described in the consultation document which is available in the Ariba eSourcing system. Gasunie will add the participants to the Ariba eSourcing system after a request as mentioned above. In the Ariba eSourcing system the participants can download the information from Gasunie and submit the requested information, including the list of questions in the attached document ”Query List Consultation for Control Valve”. Response to the questions is to be done via the Ariba eSourcing system.
