The object of this European tender process is a contract for a timetable application – the Solution – to be concluded between TU Delft and one (1) supplier. With this tender process, TU Delft intends to select one (1) tenderer for:
• the provision of a modern S.a.a.S. timetable application that supports
O the current and future timetable processes (teaching and exam timetables);
O making reservations for non-educational use of teaching rooms;
• implementation of this solution in collaboration with TU Delft;
O setting up and configuring the solution;
O conversion of data (timetable data and master data) from the existing timetable system;
O the development and implementation of integrations with various other TU Delft applications, for exchanging information;
O training users and functional managers in use of the solution offered.
Integrated deployment planning of teachers and other teaching staff is not part of this tender
