Programmatically, it focuses on three key areas: protection, education and livelihoods, as well as all relevant cross-cutting issues. Intervention modalities and levels of operational cooperation per country are decided by the five partners, who work on the basis of the joint Multi-Annual Country Programmes (MACPs), updated on yearly basis. Country-level operations are coordinated by the prospects Country Teams (CTs) working on the basis of country-level governance structures. The partnership is further articulated at the global level by the Multi-Annual Global and Regional Plan (MAGRP), and operationally supported by a Global Steering Committee, which includes HQ-level representatives from all five organisations and representatives of the Ministry.
