The purchase of UHV compatible benchtop suspension for the ETpathfinder project to be installed at Maastricht University. There are 2 types of suspensions as shown in Figures 1 & 2. The systems will suspend high precision optical mirrors and beamsplitters which are placed on optics benches that are all vibration isolated by suspending them from a chain of mechanical filters. The 6 steering mirrors – suspended by a HAM Relay Triple Suspension (HRTS) – and 2 beamsplitters – suspended by HRTS-BS (HRTS – BeamSplitter) – will guide a laser beam into the four, 10-meter-long cryogenic optical cavities of the ETpathfinder facility.
