The aim of the program is a strong step up on Health and Safety Leadership Maturity within TenneT.
Our success is an achieved proactive level of cultural maturity. A stronger felt leadership, increasing in transformational leadership where a change of focus is in place from emphasizing the negative (safety I) to the positive (safety II).
