For these legal entities framework agreements needs to be established for the delivery of products for pre-insulated pipe systems with multiple parties. The framework agreements cover the purchase and delivery of products of pre-insulated pipe systems such as pipes, fittings, valves, joints and equipment. All products need to be compliant with the relevant European standards, such as: EN 13941, EN 253, EN 448, EN 488, EN 489 and EN 14419 and, for Germany only, the AGFW FW 401.
For Germany also applies that all insulation services, which as well belong to the scope of the tender, will be executed in accordance with the AGFW FW 603 and FW 605.
The scope is limited to systems up to and including DN300.
