Beschrijving van de aanbesteding
The scope of the contract encompasses In Line Inspection services and subsequent related reporting for natural dry gas carbonsteel pipelines with diameters ranging from 4” to 48”, wallthicknesses between 3.5 and 25 mm, lengths from 2 to 200 km and a pressure from 30 to 100 barg.
The object of which is to detect and report on external corrosion defects and pipeline deformations (dents).
Characteristics of the Gasunie pipe grid include amoungst others:
1) Dual diameter sections;
2) “Back to back” Tees and bends;
3) 1.5 D bends (min.);
4) Full bore ball valves.
Gasunie specifically draws tenderers attention to the following aspects of the services required under the contract:
1) Inspections are carried out under normal operating conditions, which excludes the use of other media required for successful inspection (i.e. the use of Nitrogen as propulsion medium).
2) Cleaning/gaugerun(s) are required prior to intelligent ILI run (applicable for services rendered on Dutch territory only).
3) An intelligent ILI consisting of a geometry check and wall thickness degradation measurement is idealy executed in one run.
