The Rocket ILL W/PARA concerns a hand fired rocket which ejects an illuminating flare with parachute. The article is used to illuminate a dim battlefield and for search and rescue operations. The Signal ILL&Sound concerns an optical and acoustic warning device to prevent persons from approaching or penetrating a certain ground position unnoticed.
