UBR|HIS on behalf of the ministry of Foreign Affairs

The Government has a need for the provision of services in respect of incoming payments via online payment methods and/or a debit or credit card (Point-of-Sale). Since a number of contracts in respect of payment services must be re-tendered, it has been decided to restart a new call for tenders.This tender is divided into two lots:
Lot 1 (Online); and
Lot 2 (POS).
The purpose of the Call for Tenders is to conclude an agreement
with a single service provider for each lot for the provision of relevant services applying to the International payment service provider of the Government. The intention is that the Agreements will commence on 1 May 2021 and that as of 1 November 2021, all participants will make use of the services.
