If you submit a tender and we award the contract to you, then you will conclude an agreement with the Dutch State Treasury Agency (hereafter referred to as the DSTA), which is part of the Ministry of Finance.
The purpose of the call for tenders is to conclude an agreement with a single service provider for the provision of Bank Transfer Services of the Government. The intention is that the Agreement enters into force on 1 February 2021.
Within the scope:
• incoming and outgoing domestic and foreign payment services of participants in the current agreement Bank Transfer Services of the Government (lot B), including (but not exhaustive):
— SEPA Credit Transfer (SCT) and SEPA Direct Debit (SDD) (excluding outgoing SEPA payment services of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs);
— Global Payment Services of the Government (excluding global payment services of the Ministry of Defence and excluding global payment services of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs).

The intention is to conclude an agreement with a fixed term of four (4) years and nine (9) months. After this initial term, the agreement may be extended unilaterally by the client, once or several times for a variable term under the same conditions. The rectification contains the following: As a result of the first summary of additional information and changes, the requirement for the ISAE 3402 standard has been made more flexible. The ISAE 3000 standard is acceptable as an alternative provided that other requirements are met, see answer question 75 in the 1st Summary of Additional Information and Changes.
