Because of a change of procedure we withdrawn the previous tender on the 18 of July. This is the retender in which only the dates of the memorandum information and the deadline of the submission of the quotation are changed.
The widefield and laser scanning microscope should be:
1) Capable of widefield epifluorescence;
2) Capable of laser scanning microscopy (confocal and non-linear);
3) Capable of brightfield and phase contrast microscopy;
4) Installed and working with our current Chameleon Ultra I laser by Coherent for non-linear microscopy (already present in the lab);
5) fully equipped for live cell imaging.
With a strong focus on fluorescence excitation and emission versatility and freedom in laser scanning microscopy.
