The tender covers insourcing and consultancy services relating to modelling expertise regarding the use of internal models for market and counterparty credit risk. The activities will in most cases ensue from the modelling requirements for calculating minimum capital requirements laid down in the Capital requirements regulation (CRR). Incidentally, the required modelling expertise regarding market and counterparty credit risk may pertain to other European legislation and regulations.

DNB has the option to extend the framework agreement unilaterally for a maximum of 1 year on each occasion. The maximum extension is 2 years in total.
