NS intends entering into a framework agreement for each lot for an initial period of 4 years with a further 2 x 2 year extension to be exercised at NS’ sole discretion.
The scope of this tender is divided into two (2) lots. The tenderer may subscribe to one (1) lot or subscribe to both two (2) lots.
The scope is allocated as follows:
Lot 1: Switches;
Lot 2: Wireless access points (WAP) and antennas.
It is currently foreseen that initially NS will order in Q2 2020, the supply of around 1 567 switches, around 1567 wireless access points and around 2 673 antennas, to be delivered in batches as described in Appendix J — the Logistics SLA.
Beside the above mentioned amount of items NS currently foresees that during the execution of the agreement, the supply of spare parts of around 58 switches, around 58 wireless access points and around 27 antennas.
