Helicopter Loadmaster Simulator Training Services

To train helicopter crews for loadmaster operations, the Royal Netherlands Air Force (RNLAF) requires simulator and basic procedure training.
This training is intended for crews that operate 3 helicopter types: Cougar AS 532-U2, NH-90 and Chinook CH-47(F).
The RNLAF is looking for a Contractor that can provide the training simulator(s) and device(s) for this purpose. The RNLAF must have the sole availability of the simulator/device(s) at a location designated by the RNLAF in the Netherlands. The designated facilities will be made available to the Contractor for the placement of the simulator/devices. Costs for relocation/installation, possible infrastructural modifications and the use of the facility during the contract period will be for the dispense of the RNLAF.
RNLAF instructors will provide the actual training themselves.
The Contractor will be responsible for operating the simulator/device in support of and during the training and he will be responsible for the full maintenance.
This tender process will take place in a digital format hosted by Negometrix. This means that requests for participation, all correspondence and exchange of data will take place via Negometrix.
