The overall objective of the project in the tourism sector in Ethiopia and Zambia is to support SMEs to acquire/grow export business from generating EU/EFTA tourism markets, while laying the foundations for a sustainable and durable sector. More export business is to lead to more income and (decent) jobs locally. This is done by coaching and training SMEs directly (the subject of this tender).
