RDW has a legal task to publish non-sensitive data for the public. On 1.1.2020, the current agreement for the purposes of publishing open data sets expires. For this reason, the RDW wishes to conclude a new agreement with a supplier no later than 1.1.2020. Having regard to the contract value (>221k excl. vat over 4 years), a European tender process should be held to ensure a level playing field for market parties in bidding for contract.
