EBN uses its knowledge and experience in the area of the subsurface, the oil and gas sector and long-term, capital-intensive projects for a reliable and future-proof supply of energy. EBN wants to make a constructive contribution to the acceleration of the energy transition. Under the heading “Energising the transition” EBN is now focusing on: “the sustainable and safe development of natural gas and oil reserves in the Netherlands, safe and sustainable reuse and decommissioning of disused infrastructure, and the use of sustainable forms of energy from the subsurface such as geothermal energy”.
