ORAT services framework agreement
Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS) is a multi-transport hub of rail, air and road connections. In 2018, Schiphol served 71.1 million passengers (68.5 in 2017) and 1.7 million cargo tonnes from/to 327 destinations in almost one hundred countries. AMS is currently ranked as the third busiest airport in Europe.
AMS has a multi-faceted Capital Programme (CAP) to deliver several investment projects over the course of the next several years. Projects include a new A-pier, a new terminal, adjustments on airside, landside infrastructure and parking facilities, adjustments at the station area and real estate developments. The expansion of Schiphol is essential for safeguarding the competitive position of the mainport and it will allow Schiphol to keep pace with the market growth, improve connectivity and retain its important role in Europe. Within the CAP, the A-Pier is currently under construction in an operational environment, as well as the early enabling works for the new terminal.
