CH-47 APU MRO (Changed Selection Criteria)

The RNLAF has an updated requirement for a Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) contract for the APU with part number 160150-10A, used on the CH-47 D/F helicopters. The supplier has to perform at least the following MRO-activities only in accordance with OEM (component) maintenance manuals and/or OEM instructions:
— test and evaluation,
— repair up to depot level repair,
— overhaul.
Upon new Netherlands Special Military Aviation Regulations for Recognition and Accreditation (SMAR-4), OEM authorised distributors may participate in the tender in accordance with the terms and conditions as stated in the selection guide.
The State has the intention to outsource the MRO activities for the APU for a period of 4 years, with 3 times the option to extend the period with 1 year.
This requirement will be procured using the restricted procedure. The tender consists of 1 lot. Candidates may submit a quotation for this lot. The contract will be awarded to the Candidate offering the lowest price. The award criteria will be elaborated in the Award Guide.
