— employees know the different elements that determine their energy level,
— employees choose where and how they take action to maintain or increase their energy level,

TenneT is looking for a contractor who can shape and implement the Always Energy program for 2020-2022.
TenneT wants to contract a full-service provider for its vitality program always energy.
The contractor carries out the following activities:
— Produce a 3-year always energy plan, including the broad outlines of activities to be realised, and develop this into 3 separate detailed annual plans. Everything must meet the frameworks as articulated in the Design Principles in paragraph 2.2.
— produce an annual price list for all activities. Per activity, the price list should indicate the fixed costs (organisational costs, costs independent of the number of participants) and costs per participant,
— have regular contact with the TenneT contact persons to agree such things as planning, logistics and facilities, communications, etc.
— organise the activities as set out in its annual plan,
— organise travel, accommodation and hospitality if this is required for events,
— take care of information and communications towards TenneT employees,
— is active in attempting to involve the largest possible number of participants,
— continue to develop new initiatives to appeal to different people each time and to ensure the largest possible numbers of participants during activities.
