The scope of this call for tender contains:
The design of complete 33 kV filter banks (H-bridge capacitor banks including air-core reactors and resistors), the supply and transport to site in the Netherlands, the erection and testing on site for TenneT's high voltage grid in the Netherlands.
The following technical requirements are applicable:
— Expected filter configuration: C-type,
— Nominal voltage level Ur = 33 kV,
— Expected reactive power rating at 50 Hz between 20 and 40 MVAr,
— Expected resonant frequency of filter between 100 and 200 Hz,
— Installation locations are near the coast/industrial area, this shall be taken into account into the design (salty/polluted air).
The call for tender shall result in one main Framework Agreement with a supplier and eventually 1 back-up framework agreement for the delivery and installation for all needed filter banks in the mentioned period.

The tendering process consists of 2 phases:

Phase 1: selection phase;

Phase 2: call for tender (ITT, RFQ, Initial bid, negotiation, Best and Final Offer, awarding).

Duur: 24 maanden
