This is the Descriptive Document for an Open Tender Procedure for 'Patch Upgrade WSS'.
De Nederlandsche Bank is looking for a supplier that can execute an upgrade to the latest version of WSS. i.e. the most recent WSS version available at the time the patch upgrade is performed.
Upon completion of the upgrade, DNB requires the provision of maintenance relating to current and new CSDs. DNB could furthermore ask the Contractor to submit proposals for the development of new CSDs during the term of the Framework Agreement. DNB also requires advice by a technical consultant, including advice on new customised solutions and their implementation.

DNB has added a large number of customer-specific developments (CSDs) to the standard software. The majority of these 45 CSDs must be migrated to the higher version. The volume of data involved has been identified in an effort to express the complexity of the migration. The total number of CSDs comprises 800 files.
