The subject of the contract is manufacturing and delivery of an additional E-beam evaporation system of proven technology to expand the current facilities of the Kavli Nanolab. Also the production capacity must be expanded with a system with a similar throughput as the current system. This evaporation system will be meant for deposition of standard metal films, superconducting films and Josephson Junctions.
This subject of this tender includes:
— specification,
— requirements and offered preferences,
— manufacturing,
— factory acceptance test,
— freight and shipping (DDP incoterms 2010),
— start up on site, excluding hook up,
— site acceptance test,
— manual and documentations,
— training of personnel.
The total project costs is restricted to a minimum price of 370 000 EUR,- excl. VAT and a maximum price of 540 000 EUR,- excl. VAT.
A service contract for the E-beam Evaporator is not part of the tender.
