The RDW uses the ESPD which is appended as a schedule. By filling in and signing the ESPD, the Tenderer states whether he is in the circumstances on which the statement is addressed.
Prior to announcing the intended award decision, the RDW will ask the Tenderer to submit supporting documents to check the statements submitted concerning the requirements imposed. If the contents of these supporting documents do not correspond to what is declared in the ESPD, the Tenderer concerned will be excluded from further participation in the tendering procedure.
