Target Presentations contract for the Ministery of Defence

The Ministry of Defence of the Netherlands intends to outsource Target Presentations and enter into a Framework Agreement for the period of five (5) years with an option to extend two (2) times one (1) year.
The Target Presentations for the live firings exercises will be required:
— to test the ships weapon systems and also to train the ship's crew. These tests will mainly be conducted at any location within Europe or in the Caribbean Sea from the Dutch Caribbean Islands.
— during live firing exercises for the Netherlands Phased Array Tracking Radar to Intercept On Target (PATRIOT), the Advanced Medium Range Air-to-Air Missiles (AMRAAM) and the STINGER, a man-portable air-defence system. The exercises will mainly be conducted at major launch ranges, including NATO Missile Firing Installation (NAMFI) on the Isle of Crete, Greece and Andøya Test Center, Norway.
The Services for a Training Campaign includes:
— The rent of the targets and payloads;
— Personnel from the Contractor to arrange the transport of the equipment and materiel, trainings, construction and deconstruction of the Training Campaign.
