The purpose of this Tendering Procedure is to award a new, third lot and enter into a Framework Agreement with 1 Tenderer for the development, testing, production and delivery of smart CDMA electricity meters.
Important notice:
As the purpose of this Tender is to provide more reliability of supply by way of award of a third lot / contract for (S)SMR5 CDMA E-meters for individual market parties / meter vendors, the number of lots that will be awarded to one tenderer is limited to 1 (in accordance with article 3.9c of the Dutch Public Procurement Act 2012 (Aanbestedingswet 2012)). This means that the suppliers who are contracted the first two contracts as a result of European tender (2014/S117 — 208313) cannot be selected and awarded this third lot/contract, and are therefore excluded from this Tender.
