The Corporate HR MT made the strategic decision to align the recruitment and selection process of the Netherlands and Germany, and to support this process with one implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management module for TenneT NL and DE. This project contributes to the rationalisation of the HR application landscape, improvement and harmonisation of processes and single entry of employee data.
