Vattenfall Vindkraft Horns Rev 3 P/S

The purpose of this ‘Horns Rev 3 — Crew transfer Vessel Services during Construction and O&M’ tender is to contract transport of personnel and materials/ smaller cargo between the harbour in Esbjerg (optional: Port of Hvide Sande) and the Windfarm Horns Rev 3 during Construction and during Operations and Maintenance.
Horns Rev 3 Offshore Wind Farm (HR3) is an offshore wind farm project wholly owned by Vattenfall Vindkraft Horns Rev 3 P/S. HR3 is to be located off the Danish west coast, on the Horns Rev (Horns Reef) in a shallow area in the North Sea, approx. 25 km northwest of the westernmost point of Denmark, Blåvands Huk. The sailing distance from Esbjerg harbour to the site is approximately 35 Nautical miles.
The project is approximately 4 km from the operational wind farm Horns Rev 2 (100 % owned by DONG Energy) and 20 km from Horns Rev 1 (operated by Vattenfall Vindkraft Horns Rev 3 P/S). German sector projects DanTysk and Sandbank (both operated by Vattenfall) are 65-90 km to the southwest of the HR3 project area.
