CLINSH — Fleet Selection
On the 1.9.2016, 17 European partners from 4 countries (the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the United Kingdom) have started a European project called Clean Inland Shipping (CLINSH). The goal of this project with 17 partners, including local and regional governments, ports, universities and trade organizations, is to increase the sustainability of inland shipping. Within the CLINSH program environmental and socio-economic information will be collected on clean combustion methods, after treatment technologies and alternative (clean) fuels (together referred to as innovative techniques).
