The scope of this call for tender contains switchgears for indoor application with a voltage level of 33 kV for TenneT's high voltage grid in the Netherlands.
In the period between 2017 and 2023, TenneT expect to build 5 off-shore platforms for the connection of off-shore windfarms to TenneT's on-shore high voltage grid. For the connection of the platforms to TenneT's on-shore grid, TenneT shall equip 5 landstations with in total 10 switchgears 33 kV for indoor application, with the following main characteristics: Each switchgear consists of a single busbar and 6 bays; Each bay consists of a circuit breaker (withdrawable type), a combined disconnector/earthing switch and instrument transformers. Furthermore the following technical requirements are applicable: In general: complete Sf6-gas free installation Arc extinguishing medium: vacuum Enclosing: metal cladInom.: 1250 AI short circuit: 20 kA/1 sec.
After selection of candidates, TenneT directly start with the call for tender for the mentioned switchgears. The call for tender shall result in a framework agreement for delivery and installation with 1 supplier for all needed swichgears in the mentioned period. TenneT expect to make the first call of orders in Q1 / Q2 2017 for the 2 switchgears.
The TenneT tendering process for these components consists of 2 phases:
Phase 1: selection phase;
Phase 2: call for tender (ITT, RFQ, Initial bid, negotiation, Best and Final Offer, awarding).
