The first phase of the contract concerns the identification and analysis of suitable alternatives in both leasehold and freehold markets and should be executed in the first half of 2017. The service provider will identify suitable properties and will prepare the necessary reports about long listed and short listed buildings. Legal and technical due diligence and Net Present Value calculations are required. The service provider presents the favourable scenarios. The service provider will assist in inspecting and visiting the short listed buildings.In the second phase of the contract, the service provider will draft Heads of Terms and assist in the lease or purchasing process. The service provider will tender and select a qualified legal and other specific expertise for this process, on behalf of the MFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and with respect to the regulations that apply for the MFA.
