Re-manufacturing and logistic services for (parts of) seats in rolling stock

The required services apply to the re-manufacturing (parts of) seats in the rolling stock of the Dutch Railways. The scope is:
— Delivery of new seats or seat components (small quantities and on demand) for existing and new rolling stock.
— Replacement of elements like bolds, nuts, fittings (Note: These items will be compensated for on a use basis according to agreed unit prices per element).
— Fulfilment of the NS logistic requirements (which is based on the specification for logistics).
— Stock management of refurbished seats and to be refurbished stock.
Projects are also part of the scope of this tender. For every project NS will request a quotation under the conditions of the contract that is awarded in this tender.
Note: Cleaning of the seats is not part of the scope.
