Introducing ourselves:
Twence B.V is a well known company in waste processing sector in The Netherlands, producing raw materials and renewable energy. Twence is firmly rooted in Twente, the eastern region, and we contribute strongly to reducing CO2 emissions, reintroducing raw materials to the cycle and reducing the use of fossil fuels. We process the waste, supplied by customers in The Netherlands, Germany and the United Kingdom, using state-of-the-art technologies.
Twence B.V is by far the largest producer of renewable energy within the province of Overijssel. Furthermore, we are 1 of the largest generators of renewable energy in the Netherlands. We continually improve our processes in order to increasingly recycle waste materials and generate as much energy as possible from the residue. The synergy between our plants and the possibility of supplying steam and heat, as well as electricity, allow us to reach and maintain extremely high energy efficiency.
Our ultimate goal is a 0 waste society, with optimal reuse of goods and recovery of raw materials. Ultimately, energy has to come exclusively from renewable resources. Yet, as long as any waste remains that cannot be reused or recycled, we will use that for the efficient production of energy.
Main goal: Request for Information:
CO2 emissions are a major cause of global warming and have drastic effects on our living environment. Currently Twence B.V captures approximately 2 000 tons of pure CO2 per year and wants to ‘scale-up’ our technique. Therefore we want to ask market parties, which require renewable CO2 and are looking for a long-term relationship, to respond to this request for information.
