These cells will be integrated in battery packs for electric trucks by E-Trucks Europe. For that reason, the cells have to answer closely to the technical specifications defined by E-Trucks Europe. These specifications are as presented in Annex II ‘Technical Requirements Battery Cells’.

Minimumeisen:
— Supplier must have the financial and economic capacity to guarantee the continuity of its business during the contract, including any renewals, as well as the complete duration of the life of the tendered goods;
— Supplier must have sufficient financial and economic capacity to perform the contract, and where appropriate the extension, compliant to this invitation;
— Supplier is not aware of any claims and to his knowledge, no investments are needed during the period of implementation of the contract, which could jeopardize the financial and economic standing of his business or the continuity of his business;
— The latest issued accountant's report on financial statements (or, where appropriate, an assessment or composition declaration) does not contain a so-called security section;
— Supplier has adequate insurance against occupational hazards.
Tenderer should submit a reference with a description of the services and work carried out and properly implemented for the referent. Tenderer may submit up to two (2) references.
1. Experience in the design of battery cells with similar technical requirements as defined in Annex II, for the benefit of heavy duty battery vehicles equipped with any kind of range extenders;
2. Experience in the production of battery cells with similar technical requirements as defined in Annex II, for the benefit of heavy duty battery vehicles equipped any kind of range extenders;
3. References that demonstrate the entire lifetime of cells in transport applications are preferred.
This should therefore be evidenced by providing references that includes the Technical requirements conform Annex II (max. two (2) references).
Our policy states that all the candidates on credentials submitted must meet the following requirements:
a. Requirements in accordance with Annex I.A ESPD;
b. The format Annex I.B Reference Mission will be used;
c. Each reference is performed to the satisfaction of the client;
d. The amount of the reference commission is minimal 100 000 EUR;
e. The references to the date of closure for the submission of tenders:
i. Completed, with the end date of the contract is not before 1.7.2013;
ii. Or relates to a current order, with the start date of the agreement not after 1.3.2016.
