Framework contract for provision of content services regarding the SETIS website (2 lots)
The European Commission's Energy Union strategy (02/2016), is built on the ambition to achieve in a cost-effective way a fundamental transformation of Europe's energy system. The roadmap for the Energy Union annexed to the Energy Union communication establishes the European strategic energy technology plan (SET-Plan) as a key action to accelerate the research, development and deployment of low-carbon energy technologies within the EU by structuring national and EU programmes around shared objectives and joint actions between the Member States, the research community, industry and the EU. More specifically, the SET-Plan implements a better governance structure for low-carbon energy technology innovation, which includes a steering group with representatives from the Member States and the Commission and stakeholder platforms, namely the European Energy Research Alliance and European technology and innovation platforms.
