Description of the scope of the assignment:
Supplying Insulating couplings from the range of DN50 up to/including DN1200. Insulating couplings consist of 2 concentric electrically insulated pipe elements which form a rigid and tight construction.
The applicable process conditions for the Insulating couplings are:
— medium: natural gas/ natural gas condensate;
— design pressure system (P d): 0 bar ≤ P d ≤ 80 bar and
— design temperature (T d): minimum -20 °C, maximum +50 °C. The design pressure of the Insulating couplings (Pd,IC) shall be two times the design pressure of the system.
Traceability:
The relation between the inspection certificates (‘material certificate’) and the components (pipe, forgings) used in the Insulation couplings must be fully assured. This means that the chemical composition of these components must be the same as the chemical composition of the raw material. Being compliant to the minimal chemical composition requirements of the standard or specification is not sufficient.

The interface is user-friendly and self-explanatory. In case you still experience an issue after reading the manual, you are urged to immediately address the issue to the Gasunie contact as announced in this publication.

The applicant needs to be aware that the provided information will be captured in the Supplier Information System (SIM) and in this phase of the tender will be used as input/selection criteria. The applicant is responsible for self-registration on the Ariba platform. The applicant is always responsible for correct registration and application in the system.
