The objective of this public procurement procedure is to award a contract to 1 supplier for the delivery of an Atomic Layer Deposition system to the Kavli Nanolab of Delft University of Technology.
The Atomic Layer Deposition system is a system in which thin layers of material can be deposited. The system will be used for high-quality superconductors, grown at high temperature and low base pressure in a research and development clean-room for fabrication of nano and micro scale devices.
