This is the public European Tender Procedure regarding the acquisition of a government aircraft by or on behalf of the State of the Netherlands (Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment).

1. The winning tenderer shall either own, manufacture or acquire the aircraft;

On 13 July 2016 the Contracting Authority — the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment — announced the European public Tender Procedure regarding the Acquisition of a Government Aircraft. The deadline for submission of Tenders was 12.12.2016, 12:00 hours. After the assessment in accordance with the Request for Proposal, the Contracting Authority declared all Tenders invalid. For this reason the Tender Procedure was terminated. In view of this, the Contracting Authority decided to apply the competitive procedure with negotiation without prior announcement in accordance with article 2.30 in conjunction with article 2.28 paragraph 2 of the Dutch Tender Act 2012. The award was made under this procedure.
