The object of the Contract award procedure is to enter into a Contract with 1 service provider in respect of TPMEA. The Contract will run for initial term of 3 years with a go/no-go option at the end of the inception phase. There is an option for renewal of the Contract for an additional 2 years. The Contract will be concluded with the Tenderer who has submitted the most economically advantageous tender. This means that both the quality and price of the Tender will be taken into account.The intention is for the Contract to come into effect on 1.3.2016, or earlier if possible.It is not permissible to tender both for Third Party Monitoring and Evaluation Agent (TPMEA)) and for Fund Manager (FM). In other words, you must choose to tender for Fund Manager (FM) or for Third Party Monitoring. Where a Tenderer does tender for both for Fund Manager (FM), and for Third Party Monitoring and Evaluation Agent (TPMEA), the Tender will automatically be set aside and will not be assessed.750 000
