But also on the current technological opportunities and risks. This information will be used in the Request for Proposal (RFP) ‘e-payment’ for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Payment Service Provider (PSP) in this context a generic Financial Institution, may respond to this tender as we are looking for one contracting party for both CP (card present) as CNP (card non present). For example a bank may provide the services through subcontracting with multiple PSP's.
