Reinsurance Foundation Mebaz
The Mebaz foundation intends to tender its reinsurance services for medical (product) liability, general liability (WA) and employers' liability (WGA) that it currently provides to the Academic Hospital Maastricht (azM).The invitation to tender shall follow the restricted tender procedure (the restricted procedure is an invitation to tender with two rounds, consisting of a selection phase and an award phase) in accordance with the European Public Procurement Directive 2004/18/EG and the resulting “Procurement Act 2012” from 1.11.2012. Contract award is based on the 'economically most advantageous tender' award criteria.
