Uitvoering van de opdracht
Vereiste deposito's en garanties:

According to the provisions of the Dutch WfT (Wet Financieel Toezicht) or identical national insurance legislation in the domicile of the participating insurer.

Andere bijzondere voorwaarden:

— Qualifying insurers must demonstrate relative experience in the requested insurance services.

— Qualifying insurers must have a credit rating by S&P of at least A- or equivalent from other rating agencies.

— Qualifying insurers must, if the insured so elects, cooperate with midterm cancellation of their insurance contract and prorato premium return in case their credit rating falls below A-.

— Qualifying insurers must submit their audited accounts on 2012 and 2013.

— Qualifying insurers must demonstrate their ability and organisation in administration and claims-handling.

— Qualifying insurers must demonstrate their compliance with national implementation of EU directives on Insurance regulation.

All above requirements must be met and if and when BBL Company vof so requires proof of compliance with the above requirements must be submitted.

Execution is reserved to parties complying with the provisions of the Dutch Wft (Wet Financieel Toezicht) or comparable national insurance legislation in the domicile of the participating insurer.

Objectieve selectiecriteria:

A minimum of 5 (five) insurers per lot/section is required. Insurers are allowed to subscribe for 1 (one) or more lot(s)/section(s) individually.

If a minimum of 5 (five) insurers per lot/section is not achieved, the whole tender process will be cancelled.

A candidate who does not agree with the selection decision may appeal. The period for such appeal is 20 calendar days from the date of rejection. Within this period, a summon for the Dutch 'kort geding' procedure must be served on the address of the contracting authority: BBL Company vof attn. The possibility to appeal shall be lapsed automatically after 20 calendar days if no legal proceedings have been commenced. The contracting authority shall continue the procurement procedure during the objection period of the selection phase. The contracting authority is allowed to pause the procedure if objection is made and candidates/bidders will be informed accordingly.
