With this market consultation the Ministry of Foreign Affairs invites parties to contribute their thoughts to train, educate and share knowledge in the Dutch ICSR covenants process. Market parties are also invited to contribute their thoughts on the contracting form.

The expert would undertake the following activities and provide the following deliverables in providing support to the Dutch government and the SER with regard to the ICSR covenants process:A. Design and deliver 3 (three) initial capacity-building workshops for sector associations;B. Design and deliver 2 (two) initial workshops for (a) government representatives and (b) CSO, trade union and other stakeholders;C. Assist in the process of indentifying participants and expert stakeholders for the initial capacitybuilding workshops;D. Conduct preparatory interviews with selected participants for the various workshops.E. Prepare brief written reports for each of the 3 initial capacity-building workshops for sector associations;F. Provide expert ongoing advice and support to the Dutch government regarding its various roles in the ICSR covenants process;G. Provide targeted support on a cross-sector basis to the multistakeholder engagement processes that should lead to ICSR covenants, as agreed with the Dutch government, including but not limited to: additional tailored workshops, comparative research and analysis, compilation and analysis of leading practices.H. Help to shape and participate in the concluding conference in late 2016;I. Consult with the Dutch government on a regular basis on all project activities and deliverables.
