Twence has been active on the UK market for the import of RDF as a fuel for its incineration lines since 2012. Currently Twence receives material from a number of commercial contracts. Twence is also actively seeking to contract fuel from primary waste stream, i.e. from local authority contracts (similar to the market in the Netherlands) and finding UK based partners to form strategic partnerships (e.g. joint venture, joint investments in recycling capacity, etc.). Although Twence has developed experience based knowledge, it is not physically present on the UK market and is therefore actively seeking local support of a consultant or business in the same industry to further develop above activities. This is translated in a scope work defined in the next section and that scope will form the basis for the partner Twence is looking for via this tender.
