Joint Fires Training and Exercise System (JFTES)

The Ministry of Defence of the Netherlands intends to procure a JFTES and to conclude 2 agreements simultaneously with 1 tenderer concerning the following:
— An agreement for the delivery and setting to work of JFTES consisting of:
1. 9 JFTES simulators,
2. 2 Instructor operator stations,
3. 2 JFTES simulators as an option,
4. Operators for 1 type simulator for 1 year as an option.
— An agreement for the sustainment of the JFTES simulators for a period of 10 years.
The simulators have to be delivered, installed, set to work and sustained divided over 6 different MoD-NLD locations.
The sustainment means maintaining the required availability of the JFTES simulators on location by preventive and corrective maintenance, logistic support and other services.
