The contractor will deliver training services in the area of information technology to Europol. The following services are required for individuals: off-the-shelf training at the contractor's site, certification, online training. The following services are required for groups: off-the-shelf training, customised off-the-shelf training, tailor-made training at the contractor's site or at Europol. The contractor will offer their own catalogue of training courses and will offer the possibility to purchase training from third parties against payment of a fee.
