NS Groep N.V.

NS Insurance N.V. is the captive insurance company of NS Group N.V., based in the Netherlands, Utrecht. NS Insurance insures all Group entities of NS Group N.V. for All Risks Insurance for all property including Business Interruption and rolling stock both national and international, and insures all Dutch entities of NS Group N.V. for General Liability including public, contract and employers liability.
NS Group N.V. consists of the following: Business Units, subsidiaries, joint ventures and all affiliated companies such as foundations, associations and organizations including their staff members. NS Group N.V. is 100 % shareholder of NS Insurance N.V.
This Tender relates to the following lots:
— Lot #1:
The re-insurance of NS Insurance N.V. for an All Risks insurance for all property, including Business Interruption, and rolling stock, including Business Interruption, for all entities of NS Groep N.V. both national and international;
— Lot #2:
The re-insurance of NS Insurance N.V. for an insurance for General Liability, including public, contract and employers liability for the Dutch entities of NS Groep N.V.;
— Lot #3:
The insurance (not re-insurance) for General Liability, including public, contract and employers liability for the foreign entities of NS Groep N.V. in excess of local stand-alone policies (for now in UK and Germany- but other concessions can be added during the period of insurance).
