One (1) frame contract is for the range of 1/2 inch up to 24 inch for a fixed price per type flange with the best tender.
One (1) contract is for 24 inch up to 48 inch with the two (2) suppliers who has the best tender and the second best tender. They will offer a quotation the flanges required by Gasunie from 24 inch to 48 inch by mini tender competition.
